Positioned uniquely to have access to this beautiful wide waterway both from front and back of the house this really offers the quintessential family holiday home. Sleeping 8 across 2 levels, pile in all your water toys and launch them right out the front while you laze on picnic blankets waiting for your turn! If you'd prefer waterfront over poolside dining, just wheel the barbie out the front and spread across the park while the family play! This position really does offer unique family fun!

The main level offers views across the water from all front rooms. Wake up with a cuppa gazing out to the water while you contemplate the day's activities. The updated kitchen is fully equipped, spacious and offers both breakfast bar and breakfast table. Both the living room and dining room offer views of the water too.  The chaise lounge has a sofa bed if needed. The master bedroom looks down over the pool and the back waterfront access. It has a walk through wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The original retro style bathroom does have new full vanity plus toilet and shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 run off the hallway and have built in wardrobes and queen beds and good light and air flow.  Those bedrooms are serviced by the main original retro bathroom which also has a bath, shower and again new vanity. There is a separate toilet. Downstairs with external access you have use of the pool house which accommodates 2 with its queen daybed. Just rise the bar shutters and it converts to your own poolside bar/servery for poolside entertaining under the covered cabana.

The property is situated just off Kennedy Drive so convenient to jump on the freeway to reach all the Gold Coast theme parks or explore the beautiful beaches of both Northern New South Wales and Gold Coast. For the keen surfers it is very convenient to the "Super Bank" surfing beaches of Kirra, D'Bah, Snapper, Coolangatta and Greenmount. Convenience but no traffic noise! It is a mere 5 minutes to Gold Coast International airport. This does mean depending on the winds and time of day you may hear the odd plane above.
